To survive in the web game you have to be servicey. So when the folks over at TechCrunch launched their new redesign and logo, they knew their readers would feel obligated to write in with furiously indignant complaints about how much they despise, and feel personally offended by, the new look. To help them out, TechCrunch provided a handy hate mail template to help facilitate the easiest channeling of user rage. Though the template does not offer the reader the option of wishing for anyone to "die in a fire," we think it should be applicable every time one of your favorite websites launches a redesign that makes you feel like the world's been thrown off its axis before remembering you have a family, friends and a job that demand your attention.
