Ohhhh...blurring the lines of gender norms and sexuality. I get it.
A Seattle-based boylesque troupe called Mod Carousel created this gender-swapping parody of Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" music video. In case you haven't seen the naked woman-filled original "Blurred Lines" video, you can catch up on the ickiness you've missed here (and here's the unrated NSFW version but be sure to have a vomit bucket handy). I thought this was supposed to be a commentary on how frequently women are objectified in music videos/the media and therefore how surprising it is when men are the ones prancing around in their underwear, but no, as legions of Jezebel commenters could tell you, I was missing the point. This is, after all, a "boylesque troupe," and here's what they were trying to say:
So...objectification for the win! Or something!
