Redditor makewhoopy claims he got this note from a "good samaritan" coworker (the cash was inside the tupperware). Makewhoopy seems pretty happy with the trade, commenting he "didn't really want the leftovers anyways." But I'm imagining he or she was pretty effing pissed at first. It takes a big coworker to forgive and forget, and for that, I commend you, makewhoopy.
Also, for the record, coworkers, I have noticed someone is eating the almonds I keep in the office kitchen, and that is not cool. Yes, burying that message in a blog post is the passive aggressive note of the Internet Age. But still. Cut it out.
