Whether or not it's fair that many bosses these days force you to friend them on Facebook, we can all agree that once you know they can see all your stuff, getting fired for posting stupid stuff while at work is totally your fault. We're not saying you should get fired for posting swimsuit pictures (although unless you have really been working out, you should be) or using swear words while live-tweeting celebrity news — just that if you're swearing while live-tweeting the Royal Baby's arrival at work, you've probably got it coming.
