I'm glad there will finally be Washington, DC rallies that are intentionally funny

Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert announced they will be holding their own Washington, DC rallies in October, which they hope will be as widely covered, well-attended, and utterly hilarious as Glenn Beck's "Restoring Honor" rally last month. Stewart's "Rally to Restore Sanity" is about urging everyone to "take it down a notch for America," while Colbert's "March to Keep Fear Alive" will focus on reminding people that "Reason is just one letter away from "Treason." As of yet, there isn't a third choice since no "real" political party is popular enough to put together a rally.
