Now the company understands why daycare centers are a good idea.
Let's just address the elephant in the room here: that kid is friggin' adorable. They may not speak English in that newsroom, but that kid's eyes are speaking the international language of "oh, sugar!" On the other hand, the mother's eyes are speaking the language of "you better hope this broadcast never ends because as soon as the commercials start, I'm going to break some news right over your butt, young lady." I once did this during a conference call that was only between my mom and other boring businesspeople and I still have to wear a bell around my neck.
So run, kid, or if you can't, walk back on screen where no one can yell at you without millions of people hearing.
