So, the City of San Antonio, TX decided that the ladies at the 35 Bar and Grille weren't wearing enough fabric over their breasts. However, this raised the question: does it really matter whether you're just covering up the nipples versus having a similarly-sized piece of fabric that is attached to the body by a string? We don't know, but the process of finding out is hilarious. Check out the whole case here. Finally, this court case has taught us a very important lesson: you can name your court case whatever you want, apparently. So the next time we're in a lawsuit, we're going to name it "Good vs. Bad" to try to improve our chances.
