Try adding a little culture to your life. Perhaps try a little something called Google? On Passover, Jewish people do not eat anything leavened for the week as a reminder of the mass exodus from Egypt when they did not have enough time to allow for their dough to rise. This is where Matzah comes from. Bread is "leavened" and is obviously craved (like sex is) during this time...
