Thanks for not responding AT ALL to my April 18th email regarding case #606871624. I was finally able to do a successful restore yesterday, so I guess it's a good thing that I don't need your help anymore. I have documented the entire (miserable) process and will be filing a formal complaint upon my return to the US. I will never buy anything from Dell again and I tell everyone I talk to about how poor your service and products are. It turns out there are a lot of people who have had similar experiences.
