Training a puppy is hard work. It usually involves a lot of time, commitment, and patience. Luckily, Daniel Ball and Tasha Gibson Ball's 4-year-old son Lincoln came up with an ingenious way to teach his new dog some stuff while making sure nothing got lost in translation.
The photo of the boy and St. Bernard puppy is captioned:
Daniel and Tasha's youngest son, Lincoln, got a new puppy. They told Lincoln that he could look up puppy training tips on YouTube. Lincoln decided to skip the middle man and show the training videos directly to the puppy. Feel free to share this picture with someone who needs a smile. #saintbernard #puppy
The Facebook post was later updated to include some more information about Lincoln:
A little back story. Lincoln (the boy holding the tablet) has severe allergies. He is highly allergic to pollen, but the tests showed no allergies to animals. The doctors recommended he stay indoors during allergy season. He walked out of the doctors office as happy as could be and said "This means I can get a puppy!!!". So we got him a puppy.
Being stuck inside sucks, especially for a little kid. But at least Lincoln won't have to worry too much about potty training the pup. That'll probably be up to one of the Balls' other kids.
Ah, Lincoln. If only it were that easy. Now switch over to Empire, the puppy likes that show much better.
