Celebrities share what they eat every day that makes them so hot.

Looking good is part of the job description for a celebrity, as is "being very rich" and "carrying a small dog around in a bag." More and more celebs are sharing food diaries or food logs of what they eat in order to achieve their ideal physique. Now you can get even more obsessed with what these person do every waking moment of their lives.

Kim Kardashian maintains her famous curves by eating food she definitely did not cook herself. 

Breakfast

Breakfast
For breakfast, I had a cup of raw oatmeal with coconut milk to fuel up for the day. I was working at The View again, then heading back home to L.A.

Snack
For a snack, I had two hard-boiled egg whites.​

Lunch
I ordered a roasted vegetable salad with kale and sunflower seeds for lunch.​

Snack
Before my workout, I ate about 3 tablespoons of Sabra hummus with raw veggies. The hummus is a guestimate — I don't actually measure any of my food.​

Dinner
Because I was short on time and needed to catch my flight, I had a protein shake from the gym (made with almond milk, whey protein powder, about a teaspoon of almond butter, half a banana, and kale) on my way to the airport, and called it dinner.​

Breakfast
Warm lemon water followed by sunflower seed toast with sliced avocado and fresh seasonal fruit—watermelon and figs. Yesterday, I had chia and coconut milk pudding. I think variety is key. I follow breakfast by taking two teaspoons of Super Elixir in coconut water in my water bottle with me as I head out the door.

Lunch
A vegetarian kale salad with some of my favorite ingredients—avocado, beets, sunflower seeds, goat cheese, and quinoa.

Dinner
 Fresh fish and vegetables.

Khloe Kardashian also likes to write down what she eats, but she doesn't break it down by meal. She breaks it down by hour.

5:00 a.m.
I'm up bright and early and have a huge glass of water and a black coffee.

6:00 a.m.
I'm off to the gym, ready to sweat.

8:00 a.m.
Breakfast is another big glass of water, my ideal oatmeal, and a protein shake.

11:00 a.m.
I snack on an apple with peanut butter or fruit and nuts.

1:00 p.m.
Lunch is a Chinese chicken salad.

3:00 p.m.
Snack time! Homemade hummus, chopped veggies, edamame, and another big glass of water (this time infused with fruit).

7:00 p.m.
Time for dinner. I usually keep it pretty clean, and my favorite go-to is steamed veggies and fish served with my Magic Mash-Up [Cosmo Editor's note: This is a cauliflower mash.] and a glass of water of course.

9:00 p.m.
I end my day with a bowl of fruit with plain Greek yogurt.

Carrie Underwood divulged her eating habits to Rachel Ray's magazine, Every Day Rachel Ray. Underwood allows herself two snacks a day, if you consider "some almonds" a snack. 

Breakfast
I'm always thirsty when I wake up, so I guzzle a bottle of Smartwater before I scramble tofu with onions, peppers and spinach and top it with salsa. I've been a vegetarian for years, but I recently became vegan.

Snack
I usually eat enough at breakfast to tide me over until lunch, but today I grab some almonds.

Lunch
If I'm working, I bring a homemade lunch, but today I get a Veggie Delite from Subway. I should have a VIP card -- when we were dating, Mike and I went there so often that we joked it was "our place."

Snack
Snack time! I nibble on some cheese and crackers and a few bites of dark chocolate, but I also love Raw Revolution bars, made with hemp protein, flaxseeds, fruit and nuts.

Dinner
​Mike and I team up to make dinner. I use Daiya vegan cheese to make a quesadilla filled with beans and lentils. It's funny: I ate tons of fried food as a kid, but my diet is so different now. It's worth it -- I feel great.

The Rock

The Rock is less like a rock and more like a freaking mountain, probably because of a rigorous workout routine and the fact that he eats seven meals a day. 

Meal 1 
10 oz cod, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups oatmeal

Meal 2 
8 oz cod, 12 oz sweet potato, 1 cup veggies

Meal 3 
8 oz chicken, 2 cups white rice, 1 cup veggies

Meal 4 
8 oz cod, 2 cups rice, 1 cup veggies, 1 tbsp fish oil

Meal 5 
8 oz steak, 12 oz baked potato, spinach salad

Meal 6 
10 oz cod, 2 cups rice, salad

Meal 7 
30 grams casein protein, 10 egg-white omelet, 1 cup veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms), 1 tbsp omega-3 fish oil
