Ryan Reynolds portrayal of Deadpool didn't win him the award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy (that went to Ryan Gosling for La La Land), but it did win him a smooch with former Spider-Man Andrew Garfield, who was sitting next to him during the ceremony.

The audience, of course, loved it, but Gosling missed it because he was getting on stage at the time, as did Gosling's co-star in the movie, Emma Stone (who also happens to be Andrew Garfield's ex). But people made sure they saw the clip later, and Emma Stone's reaction to the kiss was very funny.
