Inmate Joe Brown. (via)

Judge Joe Brown was served some ironic justice today after getting arrested in a Memphis courtroom and sentenced to five days of jail for contempt of court. Judge Joe was there to speak on behalf of a child involved in a support case and became upset when he was told he'd have to wait while the child's documents were being brought to the courtroom. When it was Joe's turn to speak, he began making a scene by chastising the judge and the court. When he was ordered to stop, he responded by saying the magistrate had no authority, at which point the magistrate corrected him by having Joe forcibly removed from his courtroom and charged with five counts of contempt.
