In a twist that surely no one saw coming, it would seem that Lindsay Lohan and her 23-year-old Russian business heir fiancé seem to be on the rocks. Lohan, who has retreated from the public eye and moved to London about a year and a half ago, took to social media to accuse Egor Tarabasov, her fiancé of three months, of cheating on her. Damn, she was doing so well. At least this time her public breakdown seems to be justified.
It all hit the fan on Friday when Lindsay posted a peculiar Snapchat video where, according to Jezebel, she said "My fiancé’s being really angry at me, but I’m drinking water to get him to come home. Honey, come home, please."
Cool, that makes no sense. Anyway, her social media tirade continued into Saturday, when she posted this picture of her with a scribble-defaced Egor.
Completing the trifecta of a true social media takedown, Lohan then used Twitter to call out Tarabasov and the woman he allegedly cheated with.
The links to her Instagram are defunct, but according to Jezebel, the now-deleted pictures showed Tarabasov out at a club, when it would seem he told LiLo he was home. According to the Huffington Post, Tarabasov has been MIA since the drama started and has not been in touch with anyone regarding the cheating rumors.
The woman referenced in the middle tweet is Dasha Pashevkina, a Russian designer and (until now) mutual friend of Egor and Lindsay.
However, Pashevkina denies anything happened between Egor and herself, posting this explanation to her Instagram on Sunday.
Then, in the midst of spewing cheating accusations to her millions of followers, Lohan posted a link to the trailer of her 2009 movie Labor Pains with a Tweet that reads, "lindsay lohan labour pains trailer - I am pregnant!!"
Is this Lohan's weird way of telling the world she is expecting? Or maybe she is trying to promote the movie, seven years too late?
No matter what, it is a weird thing to Tweet in the middle of a firestorm of accusations that your fiancé's cheating on you. But normal really has never been Lindsay's thing, has it?
