An American named Scott Waters visited England for the fourth time recently and posted a Facebook manifesto about what he learned on his trip. He just posted it just for his friends to see, but in a short period of time, it garnered over 80,000 likes and 50,000 shares. He had some good stuff to say about the country ("Nearly everyone is better educated then we are") and some silly stuff ("Excess cider consumption can be very painful.") Overall, Waters seems to really like English government—he repeatedly praisesd their healthcare system, their monetary system, and their gun laws.
