The latest trend among people who are comfortable being nude on Instagram is to do yoga in the nude on Instagram.

A riff on the popular #fitspo genre of Instagram photos, people are posting pictures of themselves doing yoga buck naked to celebrate self-acceptance and inspire people to try yoga.
