Ben & Jerry’s ice cream just took some of their delicious flavors to the next level.

It’s called "topped" ice cream, which includes an extra layer of chocolate or white fondant on top. It’s the little something extra that we never knew we needed, but now that it exists, how did we ever live without it?

The only catch? Ben & Jerry’s fans in the U.S. can’t get the specialty topped ice cream, which is available in Salted Caramel Brownie, Strawberry Swirled, and Chocolate Caramel Cookie Dough flavors. For now, the Ben & Jerry’s Topped flavors are only available in the U.K. Sad face.

Those keeping up with ice cream trends note that the Ben & Jerry’s Core flavors rolled out in Europe two years before rolling out in the U.S.

Here’s hoping the topped flavors land in the freezer case before that.
