Helen Rosner, a food writer from New York, recently posted a photo on Twitter of what appears to be some training material for Burger King employees: a chart showing chicken filets, from raw to burnt and all the colors in between.
This chart apparently exists to help Burger King employees determine whether a chicken filet is alright to serve to customers. Like, for example, burnt completely black? Do not serve. Pale and totally raw? Also do not serve. It's not rocket science—it's chicken science!
Of course, Twitter had a field day with the chart, for which "Okay" was the best possible option. Here are some of the funniest responses:
So now you yourself have the Burger King's secret technique for deciding which chicken filets are fit to eat and which cannot go out to customers. The power is yours! Go forth and use it wisely.
