Food allergies and intolerances are more common than ever. If you have them, you know they are a royal pain in the rear end. Reddit user u/Unlikely-Novel-5744 has tried to accommodate their friend's dietary restrictions by repeatedly dining at her favorite restaurant, but the bad taste and high cost have turned their stomach on the whole experience.

Now they are turning to the internet to ask:

AITA (Am I The As*hole) for refusing to go to dinner anymore with a friend who is gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan?

They write:

A friend of mine has had IBS for most of her life and in the past few years has gotten it mostly under control by changing her diet to gluten and soy-free and vegan.

However, it is SO hard to go out to eat with her. She basically can’t eat anything at a non-vegan restaurant and even then, it’s hard to find something that is also gluten and soy-free.
