A guy with Crohn's disease took to Facebook to bring attention to "invisible illnesses" after someone doubted the authenticity of his disability. Steve "Ste" Walker was at a hospital shop in Yorkshire, England when someone questioned him as to why he was there, since he looked "totally fine."
