Another day, another huge, cheesy cyst that needs to be drained. In this video, dermatologist Dr. Pimple Popper, a.k.a. Dr. Sandra Lee, takes on the "percystent" cheek cyst that the patient's had since she was a kid.

Because this cyst is on the patient's face, Dr. Pimple Popper wants to keep the cut as small as possible, in case it leaves a scar. This means that instead of trying to get the cheek cyst out whole, she squeezes, squeezes, squeezes until all that gooey goodness is good.

According to the video's caption, the stuff inside epidermoid cysts is "macerated keratin (wet skin cells)." Since this cyst is old, those skin cells have been collecting for quite some time, making this a big sucker. "When I was in high school, it was the size of an M&M," the patient reveals. Well, now it's the size of a giant gumball, but not one you'd want to chew.
