Dr. Pimple Popper's back, this time with a patient who has a big ol' cyst in her cheek. That's one cheek that needs a good pinch for sure. Okay, what it actually needs is the careful, methodical removal of a cyst by a licensed dermatologist like Dr. Sandra Lee.

Apparently this sucker started out like a big pimple, which the patient popped. But it came back with a vengeance. The patient says she's had the cyst for three years. That's a long time for gunk to build up in there. According to the caption on Dr. Pimple Popper's video, this is an epidermoid cyst, which is a benign growth and is pretty common. The stuff inside the cyst is "macerated keratin" (which is wet skin cells). Fun fact: sometimes the keratin comes out with a "pungent odor." The more you know!
