Are you looking for a workout that doesn't involve sweating, lifting or—hell— even moving? Then 'napercise' is for you. As the name suggests, this exercise class is pretty much adult nap time.
Napercise classes are currently offered at David Lloyd Gyms in the U.K., and involve 15 minutes of stretching and 45 minutes of napping. Each enrollee in the class is provided a bed, comforter and eye mask to ensure restful, uninterrupted sleep. That is, unless someone in the class snores.
