Betsy Ayala was heartbroken when she discovered that not only was her husband cheating on her, but he and his mistress have been bashing her for her weight in their private messages. The Texas mother found the Facebook messages between the two where her husband called her a "fat f**k" and a "cow." Instead of going ballistic and karate chopping that prick in the nuts like most of us would do, Ayala got revenge by losing over 100 lb.s. That works, too.

In 2013, when Ayala was her heaviest weight, she weighed 262 pounds. She had just given birth to her daughter, and instead of being a supportive father and husband, Ayala's spouse/childhood sweetheart started hooking up with a coworker. Motivated by his cheating, Ayala set out on her fitness journey, telling The Daily Mail, "I decided that this wouldn’t define me and I was going to change for me and for my daughter."

Happy #TransformationTuesday !!!!! The left picture is the day my brother got married... I remember I hated going to events or fancy occasions because I used to get anxiety about what I was going to wear. I could only fit in to plus sizes and everything seemed like it was made for people twice my age ๐Ÿ˜ž I would never wear dresses or anything cute and honestly there were things I missed out on because I would make excuses not to go. Even wearing knee high boots wasn't a option because they wouldn't zip up my calf. I think for anyone who hasn't been in that position it's hard to comprehend what it feels like and all the thoughts that go through your head on a daily and wondering if this is really how you're going to live the rest of your life. Grateful that the right opportunities and people were put in my life at exactly the right time to change everything and live my life on my terms. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’‹โค๏ธ ------------------------------------------------ "Stressing and complaining will change nothing, take action make a change and never look back" ------------------------------------------------ Consumers who use Herbalife Formula 1 twice per day as part of a healthy lifestyle can generally expect to lose around 0.5 to 1 pound per week. Participants in a 12-week, single-blind, study used Formula 1 twice per day (once as a meal and once as a snack) with a reduced calorie diet and a goal of 30 minutes of exercise per day. Participants followed either a high protein diet or a standard protein diet. Participants in both groups lost about 8.5 pounds.

She started by doing Zumba three days a week. Before long, she also started lifting weights and running with her sister. Betsey now hits the gym six days a week, watches what she eats, and uses HerbaLife Shakes to keep her weight in check. Today weighs 159 pounds.

On top of the 103 pounds she lost, Betsy also dropped that nasty husband of hers. Looking back on it, Ayala says that her husband cheating is one of the best things that could have ever happened to her. "I know that I'm capable of so much and I'm so happy to set a good example for my daughter which is extremely important for me," she told The Daily Mail. "My ex-husband and I are actually good now. It took me a while to get to that place of forgiveness but what he did was about him and not me. My journey has really helped me understand that."
