Training pets can be hard — except when it comes to stuff you didn't even want them to do.
A recent Reddit thread asked, "What have you accidentally trained your pet to do?" The answers prove that animals are smarter than we thought. And maybe also that humans are dumber?
When our dog was a puppy and would fall asleep downstairs my husband would carry him up to our room to bed. Now our fully grown 4 yr old 50 lbs dog thinks the way to go to bed is by my husband carrying him. If you tell him it’s bedtime he flops over and lifts his front & back paws up so my husband can scoop him up into his arms. He ONLY does this for my husband. If husband is not home for bedtime the dog will sulk for a bit and then slooowly walk up stairs and put himself to bed by turning to face the wall and loudly sigh. - Tea_and_biscuits12
