Everyone has to make sacrifices during a lockdown — and one dad has decided to stop acknowledging his family during work hours in favor of doing his job.

He might not get any father of the year trophies for his choice, but does that make him an a-hole? That's what he's asking the people of the internet. The dad wrote on Reddit's "Am I the A-hole?" forum to find out if he's in the wrong here.

The dad has a home office with an attached bathroom, and he keeps the door closed but his wife and daughter still try to come in:

The issue is that in the first few weeks my wife and 5 year old daughter had difficulty dealing with the fact that I’m actually working and not hanging out at home. I kept the door closed but didn’t lock it, but my wife and daughter would constantly enter the room, peek at my screen, talk to me, ask me for things, tell me to come over here, etc.
