Traveling with other people can be torture. But what if those other people are footing the bill? That's where it gets complicated.
A man recently took to Reddit to ask if he was in the wrong for wanting to turn down a free trip with his in-laws due to their "Groundhog Day"-esque planning proclivities. Here's his story.
Last year the in-laws treated wife, toddler and I to a short stay here in the UK. I’m super greatful first and foremost that they paid and are again paying for the accommodation. I have no say in the type of accommodation and as I’m not paying I take it as it is. But the type of accommodation isn’t the issue. It’s what we do or rather don’t do on said holiday that I’m mostly unhappy about.
