Customer service for a doctor's office's credit card program. Spent 45 minutes trying to help a doctor change his password. I couldn't actually help them because every time I would tell them to do something specific they would do this stress-sigh sobbing kind of thing.
Would remind me every 30 seconds that he went to school for 8 years so he wouldn't have to deal with this. Mind you he was clearly in his 20's-30's, not an old guy that has an excuse not to know how to do this.
