Women are using dating apps to catch Capitol rioters.

For both their own and their friends' safety, women on dating apps have become experts in espionage. Show a woman a Hinge profile and within an hour she can find the suitor's LinkedIn, aunt's graduate school thesis, and great-grandfather's obituary. Now, women are using their expert research skills to aid the FBI in catching insurrectionists.

The Lily profiled online daters-turned-investigators who live in DC and saw their Bumble feeds swarmed by men in MAGA hats and Proud Boys.

Emily, a 28-year-old living in DC, was scrolling through Bumble, and a dude whose profile read "In DC for a few days. STOP THE STEAL," and a Proud Boy she recognized from a Twitter photo a reporter posted the night before the January 6th riots.

I came across some Proud Boys dressed in black around H Street.

They’re basically using American flags on their masks, arms, or shirts to distinguish themselves from actual antifa activists.
