Denise McAllister strikes again! If her name sounds familiar, there are several reasons why. She's a conservative commentator whose contrarian takes on social issues are predictably infuriating. And this time, she tweeted something bizarre that involved 'lubed legs' and retrograde misogyny:

I can only speculate on Denise's mindset when she composed this tweet, but I'll do my best to unpack it - and there's a LOT to unpack. First, there's the 'women are acting like victims when they're ACTUALLY villainesses ensnaring helpless men' trope, a favorite of sexists. Apparently men, who possess almost all social capital and institutional power, are weaklings whose lives are ruined by sexy women trying to have sex with them. Women. Having. Sex! By choice. Wow.
