I'm not a parent, thanks to Plan B and good fortune. But I do *have* parents and they've raised me well, I think, though they struggled to discipline me. I didn't misbehave terribly, but I was hard to punish. I'm an only child, I was extremely cute, and I knew how to play those two like a damn fiddle. I understood the power I held at a young age and exploited it accordingly.
Fortunately for my parents, I was generally good. I liked reading, writing in my diary, and playing with cats...the same exact things I do now. F*ck. It's time to grow up and develop hobbies six year-olds aren't capable of, I guess.
One father's unorthodox form of discipline is causing a stir online. Matt Cox's daughter was bullying other children on the bus, so she was kicked off it. Matt made her walk to school while driving behind her - and then uploaded video of it to Facebook.
