Just because you're born rich doesn't mean you'll be privileged your entire life. As the show Schitt's Creek documents, even rich people can experience a financial downfall that forces them to learn how to work, scrounge and suffer like everyone else. And the downside of being a spoiled rotten kid, as that show highlights, is that growing up with that kind of wealth can make you very ill-prepared to handle real life.

First time I went a week living on beans and ramen because that's what was in the house and I didn't have any money I learned that in the real world, everything is not just handed to you.
I'm still a bit spoiled and I still have issues with prioritizing expenditures, but I'm much better than I was when I was 21.
