In 1998, I was seven years old and spent most of my time watching TV on an actual television, journaling, and doing hoodrat stuff with my friends. In 2018, my life is largely the same, except the television's been replaced by smaller devices (laptop and cell phone). There's also a huge pile of CDs and cassettes (!) at my dad's house that I'll never have use for again. Feeling nostalgic yet? Or - dare I say it - old?
This week Twitter user @EricVBailey opened the floor to people with one simple question:
The responses came rapid-fire and the bulk of them were hilarious. Not everyone thought in literal terms.
Others went the material route and sounded like archaeologists describing artifacts.
Damn. These replies really took us back. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to reminisce while watching 'Aaahh!!! Real Monsters' and chugging Capri Sun packs.
