There's something about hotels that seem to bring out some of the worst behavior in people who stay in them. It's like sleeping in a place that isn't your home, and where someone else is paid to clean, can transform otherwise normal people into gross, entitled monsters. And nobody is more aware of this phenomenon than people who work in hotels. This list is a good reminder to tip the cleaning staff generously, and just be as polite and friendly as possible — you can't imagine the sh*t (sometimes literally) they've had to deal with!
Someone asked hotel workers of Reddit: "what is something guests do that gets under your skin the most?"
1.) From yushoi:
Was a hotel room cleaner: when guests put used untied condoms in the toilet, under pillows, under the bed, on the tea and coffee tray.. basically anywhere.
And not flushing the toilet. Its disgusting.
