There's a certain type of customer who is every restaurant worker's worst nightmare. Some might call these people "Karens" (it has been argued that this is unfair to all those humble, well-mannered Karens of the world, but that's a debate for another day). Whatever you want to call them, they're entitled. They're never satisfied. And they LOVE to complain—usually for really dumb and petty reasons.
