<p>A hair salon owner&#39;s <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/ChoosingBeggars/comments/ctzhbr/a_woman_called_the_police_because_she_arrived/" target="_blank">response to a one-star review</a> was shared on Reddit and people can&#39;t get over the customer&#39;s outrageously entitled behavior.</p><h2>The woman&#39;s complaint, which she emphasizes with multiple exclamation points, is that the salon wouldn&#39;t offer her a refund after she arrived 15 minutes late to her appointment.</h2><p>She writes:</p><blockquote> <p>Watch up!!!! Be careful!!!!! If you&#39;re late to arrive this shop(even you got traffic jam and stuck on the way), they won&#39;t provide any service for you and they won&#39;t refund either, you paid already and get nothing because you&#39;re late arriving 15 minutes. They didn&#39;t accept to change another time or date. Also, according to the person who posted the screenshot on Reddit, the policy is &quot;specified very clearly in their booking terms.&quot;</p><h2>The policy is not out-of-line, but this customer&#39;s response to it sure was. According to the owner&#39;s response to the review, she copped an attitude, was rude, and then <em>called the police.</em></h2><p>The owner writes:</p><blockquote> <p>In almost 7 years of business running a beauty salon we have never ever encountered a customer call 999 because we could not serve them. You arrived 15 minutes late for your appointment without bothering to call/text/email and let us know.
