There's a new wine coming to town that doesn't look like your typical white or red varieties...it's blue. The blue wine comes from the Spanish company Gik, who created the bright hue by combining the must (fruit juice) of red and white grapes with indigo dye and anthocyanin, a pigment found on grape skin.
It’s been available for a year in Europe but is finally coming to the U.S. So where can you buy the blue wine?
So far, availability is limited, as Eater.com reports that the Gik blue wine will only be available in stores in Miami, Boston, and Texas.
