FOOD! You know it. You need it to live. And if you're like me, you're constantly thinking about when you get to eat it next; and then you eat too much of it; and then you feel bloated and regretful for a few hours until it's time to do the cycle all over again. That's totally healthy and normal, right?? Okay, probably not. But at least I'm not the only one in a tumultuous relationship with the tantalizing life force that is food.
