We all know we're supposed to be grateful gifts in whatever form they take, because it's the thought that counts.
But what if the way you've received your gifts will end up costing you hundreds of dollars, if you want to use said gifts?
A bride has taken to Reddit to ask if she has a right to be annoyed that her bridal shower guests when they ignored her request to ship gifts directly to her home in California, and instead brought them to her East Coast bridal shower. She's peeved that she has to ship all the goods back to her house, but her mom says she's being ungrateful.
I just had my bridal shower near where my family lives on the East Coast. My fiancé and I live all the way in California, and prior to my bridal shower requested that any gift purchased (with the exception of cash) be sent to our address in CA.
