The customer is always right...especially when one's ability to make a living is affected by said customer's tips.
Servers and baristas encounter annoying customers every day whose demands range from reasonable to scientifically impossible. A Reddit thread asked servers, "What have you done purely to appease a customer who won't listen to reason?" Sometimes it takes a little trickery to keep the customer happy.

Back in my serving days there was Sunday Church Lady. She would always complain about her coffee being cold. I would take her carafe and leave it in the server station for about 6 minutes and then bring it back out. It was always perfect according to her, hahaha!-letsjustleave1974
