I tried to fake a flood emergency at my apartment so I could leave early, but it didn&rsquo;t work. Once we finally started eating I thought everything was going to be okay, but everything just blew up between my boss and his girlfriend and she threw a trophy at his plasma TV and shattered it. The police got called and everybody left. It was such an awkward and uncomfortable night.
