When kids have temper tantrums, it's annoying, but you can't really blame them! When your brain is developing, it's totally natural and normal to not yet be capable of handling your emotions in a mature and reasonable way. When adults have temper tantrums, on the other hand, you can absolutely blame them. There's no excuse to throw a huge and dramatic fit over something minor—especially when the person on the receiving end of your rage is in customer service, which seems to so often be the case. And there's zero excuse for this kind of behavior if you're over the age of eighteen (13-18 also doesn't make this acceptable, but at least you can blame teen hormones).
