Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are great because they make our lives so much easier. Except when they don&#39;t. As a regular Uber-rider, I almost never give below five stars, because I know that Uber drivers rely on their rating to make a living. So a ride would have to be a real living nightmare for me to give only one star.
