It's wrong to call a person crazy when they're on their period or the week leading up to it, or when they're pregnant or post-partum or at all ever, period. Unless you yourself are that person, in which case it's ok to acknowledge that hormones can really f*ck with the human mind (and people without uteri are equally susceptible to hormonal thinking). As someone with a uterus, I can tell you that I have done, said and thought some wildly irrational things while under the influence of PMS (aka PMT - Premenstrual tension). And at least I know I'm not alone. Someone who goes by "Twinks" on Twitter recently shared their story and asked others to share their stories of all the completely irrational things hormones made them do. The results are hilariously and painfully relatable.
