Weddings are high-stress and come with an insane amount of society-fueled pressure, particularly for women. So it makes sense that a lot of brides don't necessarily act their best in the weeks or months leading up to their weddings. So while I generally find the term "bridezilla" a little bit unfair, some brides do exhibit a degree of entitled and diva-like behavior that absolutely qualify them for this descriptor. And no one is more familiar with this type of person than those who work in the wedding industry.

Someone asked bakers, florists, and anyone else working in a wedding-related industry: "what is your best bridezilla story?"

Here are 14 stories of "bridezillas" who definitely deserve the title:

1.) From civets:

Worked at a big function suite in northern Scotland when I was at university. We hosted a lot of wedding receptions (and yeah, the scots like a drink!). At one wedding, the bride and groom were carried around above people's heads on chairs for a bit, which was not a standard tradition but whatever, it looked fun.
