I hope this change-giving monster is sorry for what he's done.
Greg Snider may look like an normal, harmless guy. The kind of person you might sit down with and share a beer. But deep down, under that seemingly ordinary façade, lies the kind of inhuman beast who can callously give a homeless person 75 cents and feel no remorse. Houston police caught up with Snider a few days ago and—after witnessing his change-giving habit first hand—pulled him over and put him in cuffs. "He's screaming. He's yelling. He's telling me to get out of the car. He's telling me to put my hands on the hood," the unrepentant philanthropist told KPRC Local 2 News of his encounter with the police. "They're like, 'We saw you downtown. We saw what you did.’"
After an hour-long unsuccessful search for drugs—which may or may not be what they thought they saw Snider give the homeless guy—police were forced to let him go. Snider remains on the street, and who knows how much money he'll give away before he's ultimately brought to justice.
