The double crises of police protests and the pandemic have been difficult for everybody, especially influencers who have gone hours (or even days!) without posting what their butts look like.
The Twitter account Influencers in the Wild shares videos of people caught in the act of Instagramming, shaming those who have chosen a terrible time and place.
A video of a woman and her butt posing in front of a T-Mobile store with a smashed window has been widely critcized as insensitive and tone-deaf.
"This girl is making her boyfriend take a picture of her in front of a smashed T-Mobile," we hear the woman recording the video say on the voice over. "Oh my god."
It started a discussion of why this might be viewed as inappropriate behavior.
