Normally, the best thing to do when attending a funeral is to express your condolences to the fmaily, cry any tears you have, give some hugs, and go home.

However, as with any situation, there are some people who simply do not know how to read a room full of grief, and will offer up observations or "helpful words" that somehow make the sting of death even worse.

In a recent post on the Am I The A*shole subreddit, a grieving man asked if he was wrong for snapping at his aunt at his brother's funeral.

AITA for refusing to leave my (24M) brother’s (24M) funeral after cursing out my aunt (55F)?

OP's twin brother died last week in a fatal accident, and because of the suddenness and the pandemic, they kept the funeral small.

I’m not a good storyteller so I’ll try to keep this short and sweet. Last week, my family and I (24M) put my twin brother to rest. He crashed his motorcycle, and the EMTs weren’t able to arrive in time to save him. It’s been a lot to deal with since we were making plans to hang out now that restaurants and bars have begun opening back up.
