Catch the ball, win the girl. That's the way it's done. But this kid goes one step further, making sure he not only gets the girl, but he also keeps the ball. With an apparent sleight of hand, the kid gloves his ball, then turns around and hands the girl behind him the ball he was already playing with before the catch.
Is he trying to pretend he's handing off the MLB ball he just caught off a foul? Is this a precursor for him one day proposing with cubic zirconia and insisting it's a diamond? Whether he tried to pull a fast one or not, it worked. Her heart is in that glove right there beside his game ball.
