The East Coast awoke this morning to President-elect Donald Trump's daily "wake and whine." Breaking with this month's theme of callously trying to undermine "American 'intelligence'" and praising his boi Putin, Trump shifted focus to a different issue of utmost importance: The Celebrity Apprentice.
Because today Donnie T. finally has to hear about the Russian interference that got him elected, he would rather we talk about TV.
The President-elect is still an executive producer on the show (!!!), so unlike the fate of the country, he is very concerned in its future. Disappointed in the premiere's ratings under new host Former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger, Donald decided to start the day by throwing Arnold under the bus, because what else could be more important to the incoming leader of the free world?
And in perhaps the best possible reaction, Arnie stayed calm, reminding Donald that he is ABOUT TO BE PRESIDENT.
Arnold then raised the stakes by quoting Lincoln (the person, not the movie), which Trump has likely never done.
He upped his game by reposting a video of his passionate delivery of Lincoln's inaugural address, a speech Trumpy will have to give himself in just two weeks.
